Golden rules for a successful trip

Hike is an outdoors movement that seeks and strengthens our body. For a simple hike in the mountains, we do not need very much equipment, but we must be prepared for anything, be a sudden change of weather or a field.
How the hiking starts from down, so we’ll start: shoes. So even if summer is hot, even if want you look good, do not forget a simple matter: the feet are the only ways of transport. So the choice is simple: mountain shoes or boots. Since it is summer and the land is not as slippery, are recommended mountain shoes. They will help you have a good grip on all terrain (less snow), not stiff or heavy and are very comfortable. Remember that it is better than before wearing them to not cause blisters.
Moving at clothes, the golden rule goes like this: safety over fashion! From start you have to give up by the idea of jeans or tight pants, no matter how comfortable or pleasant they are. The best choice would be cotton pants to allow to your skin to breathe. Shirts, loose shirts or a poncho you cover and you should avoid the sun sufficient to ensure the comfort of walking. Even if it is hot, do not hesitate to take a pair of gloves and necessarily a hat because at the head is held the high heat transfer. In addition, you should taking clothes or luggage to be covered in case of incidents, and a raincoat, because many times the weather changes from hour to hour. Do not forget to pack your clothes in plastic bags for protection.
All this will come in a backpack that should have three important properties: to be strong, comfortable and roomy. With the backpack ready, we just have to put in it the necessary: a pocketknife, a flashlight, a lighter, a rope and a whistle necessarily to find the group, in case you get lost.
Even if the hiking is short you should not neglect the fact that you lose a lot of energy. To avoid this, do not forget to put in the backpack and some food. Some sandwiches with butter, which is a good source of essential fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6, cheese and red pepper or a chocolate bar or protein, in case that the blood sugar levels will drop, some fruit and necessarily at least two liters of water.
